I gave myself the goal that by September of 2013 I want to have enough saved for a better than decent down payment for a car. That being said, I told myself that until September of 2013 not only was I going to save x amount of dollars, but I was also going to stock myself up on things that don't have expiry's (or if they do have ones that are far off) so that if/when I do buy a car, I'll not have the expense of buying things like toothpaste, so I can put it towards my car.

I don't think I'm doing all that bad so far. I just wanted to share because I always love looking at pictures of peoples stockpiles so I wanted to show mine too.

What's left of my good'n'natural bars. I at one point had over a hundred but I eat them for breakfast each morning. They are just yummm. I love them. haha.

The best part is when I think of how very little I actually spent on this. I don't make a lot of extra money right now, but the fact that I was able to get all of this and still save enough money to get myself household basics, and now I'm looking towards saving for a car. A little bit of coupons sure go a long way I'll say.

Nicely done!! All the money you have saved will make a big difference in saving for a vehicle. Keep up the good work.

Great job. It's a lovely feeling knowing you can just grab something from your stockpile when you run out instead of paying full price at the store. Looks like you'll need to watch for some free shelving to go in that space where you have the resolve.

I love how you have only stockpiled what you need and not extreme amounts of product just because. Great job! And think, in less then a year you can post another brag about the new car!

The shampoo and bodywash I've been collecting since summer when the Nexxus was still valid. The rest is stuff that I've gotten any time that I've found a really, really, really good deal in the past couple of months. Like the resolve and the pasta was free with the coupons, that kind of stuff.

    And thanks everyone!

I'm thinking it'll make it a lot easier to put money towards my car if I have things like lots of tp and laundry soap so I don't have to buy it when I get my car!

Thanks for sharing your stockpile pictures, it seems like you are off to a wonderful start in acheiving your Sept. 2013 goals.
