In an attempt to help the OP of the below thread I contacted SDM to inquire about where I could find the MH Toralei doll. SDM rep advised he had previously received calls for this doll and he was unable to locate any of them (after he tried really hard). I told him I thought it was unfair to have it on website if SDM didn't actually have any. He agreed and took my contact information to forward to their web team for explanation.

Two days later I received a call back from the same rep who advised they have located 1 Toralei doll in their distribution center and SDM would like to ship it to me FREE OF CHARGE as a good will gesture. It was shipped yesterday and RECEIVED on my doorstep TODAY so I have TORALEI in hand and ready to ship to OP DD for a very very merry Christmas surprise. :) (not posting reps name but I will forward a fabulous letter to his manager - who I suspect also made this possible).

Thank you Shoppers Drug Mart and thank you to the rep who went above and beyond anyone I've known recently. :)

Lisa, I will never be able to thank you enough for locating this doll for my DD. Aisha has pretty well given up hope in getting this toy, now I cant wait until Christmas morning to see her reaction when she finds Toralei under the tree. I thank you so much, and to everyone else that tried and looked for me. I am forever thankful to you, you helped in making my daughters wish to Santa come true.

Lisa, just a fast note, I checked the tracking number, the parcel is now in Dieppe NB, which is approx 2 hours drive from us. I think it will arrive by monday, I will pm you then I receive it.
