After 5 years.....
I finally added some new babies to my tank.
This afternoon we decided to visit petsmart as there was a nice background I wanted to get for the tank. The one I've had for many years needed to go as the worker failed at proper measurements and only gave me a very poor 45 inch cut when it should have been 48 inches for my tank.
Anywho, I made the mistake of wandering near the ryunkin tank & two little guys tugged at my heart, those naughty things.
They are both calico ryukins (it's a fancy type of goldfish); I only collect & love fantails & ryukins, so since my tank already has 3 fantails (oldest is 8.5 yrs old), it was time for some new ryukins!
My camera doesn't take the greatest of pics, and I'll be updating the lighting to LED soon, so the lighting is quite sub-par in the tank right now as well.
Here are the babies:

That's an awesome aquarium. I could sit there for a long time just watching those beautiful fish! It's funny how relaxing that is, isn't it?

Great tank! I like you new additions to the family :) Have you seen that show Tanked? Such a great show for fish lovers.

Thanks everyone, the new babies are doing great. My new baby (pic #2) is doing very well with the big fish, just this morning she (since my luck is getting female fish) was swimming right against them; it was very cute.
SO's fish Grumpy AKA Mr Unsociable (has to be a male finally) (pic #1) spends more time hiding from everything and I have to physically put him in the middle of everyone to try & get him used to the rest of the brood; he will sneak from one side of the tank to the other in the dark though, silly fish.
I have never seen the show tanked, though I have seen some of the designs they have done.
