That was a rhetorical question. I am not sure why anyone would vote for him but I do respect democratic rights. I don't live in Toronto but I hear regularly on cbc radio the Rob Ford antics.

If this is your source of news in Toronto, stop making comments about Toronto. For all the negative press Rob Ford gets (alot of it from left wing media outlets like the CBC) he has tried to financially fix Toronto's woes. Unfortunately there are still too many old Millerites on council that like to spend my tax dollars for their own personal agenda.

THat's harsh bearing in mind Tortonto is the biggest city in the country and possibly one of 3 or 4 that most non-Canadians know by name.

What happens in Toronto is in many ways vital to what happens in the rest of the country. There are plenty of non-Quebec posters on the board who regularly discuss Quebec parties....should they be told not to comment on our politics since they don't live here?
