Think this is a repost. The same detail as the insert one, thus, doubt you could do both.
I never received the insert. Will they accept this printout? The form says "Only original refund forms.... will be accepted"

I mailed in my rebate form for the Lysol No Touch on October 20 and I haven't received the cheque yet but based on how long the Finish Quantum cheque took I expect to get my Lysol No Touch cheque within 2 weeks. However with the all the Christmas mail it may take a bit longer.
I also received my Physcians Formula Lip Gloss rebate last week and I mailed that one on October 14. The Physcians Formula rebate came faster than the Finish Quantum.
