We are researchers from the Women's Health Initiative Supporting
Pregnancy: Oral Health Group based from both the University of Victoria and
Vancouver Island Health Authority. The survey can be done online, by phone, or in person, and we will ask you questions regarding oral health and pregnancy.
Survey should take about 15 minutes to complete and you will then receive instructions on how to get your $10 Tim Horton's Gift Card sent to your home :)
Participants must reside in Victoria including Langford, Sannich, Oak Bay, Sooke...etc
