I like receiving the extras and if I cannot use them I just pass them on in a trade. I am grateful!
Maybe the person does not understand that this is a very nice thing when someone sends you something that you did not expect(called a surprise gift -lol)

I always try to send extras and love when others include extras as well!! If I can't use them I'll pass them on again

WOW, that is so rude. I almost always send extra's and have never had anyone angry about it. Don't trade with them again

Brusque: "Blunt in manner or speech often to the point of ungracious harshness..." (thanks Merriam Webster). OR, as could be referred to here on SmartCanucks - a RUDE Trader.

I don't think it would it have hurt the offending traders to GRACIOUSLY & POLITELY just say a simple thank you, and be done with it!! Humph!

I've always found SC'ers to be very nice people. In my experience, traders almost always send extras, and I am ALWAYS glad to get and give them!
I know the work that goes in to amassing my coupon collection, and therefore know others work as hard or harder on their own collections; so when someone takes the time for forward extras to me, I would never belittle that effort with a thoughtless comment...
Besides, like everyone says, if they are useful to me - great! If not - Bonus! I have additional coupons to trade!

That is weird!! I always try to include extras and love receiving them as well. We recently traded, I haven't received yet (my mail has been slow lately, Christmas I guess) but I look forward to receiving your generous trade.

giving extra coupons is very common between the trader, i can't imagine there are someone complain about this...

I try to send extras when I can. I can't believe some people would be so rude as to complain about someones genrousity. So sad

I love getting extras! I never expect it, but an extra surprise makes trading that much more fun and I always look at someones WL to whom I am sending coupons and see if there's anything I can send along, or if I recently picked up a new coupon I haven't seen on here yet. I'm shocked anyone could be so ungrateful. It's one thing to receive unwanted extras and just say thanks, or even say nothing at all but to complain?! Although most traders on SC are awesome, I am seeing a real lack of tact from some traders in the last year or so so I can't say I am that surprised that this has happened to you.
