Well hopefully they'll make it good like Timothy's did last year - I think they offered a back up plan which customers rejected and eventually sent out FPCs

Everyone should be doing that; it's their Marketing Department's failure to limit things properly that left them in that situation. I complained about the coffee FPCs last year and told them that, while I appreciated their situation, I wasn't to blame for it, and as far as I was concerned, they owed me the K-Cups FPC; I had complied with their terms, etc. The FPCs arrived (not just for me, for everyone) shortly thereafter.

Same here, why did they continue to collect people info if they didn't have enough?

I received the e-mail as well, and I remember being skeptical when i was filling out the information because they didn't ask you your size. I don't think they set this promotion up well, and should have figured out how many they were giving out BEFORE we all gave them our information. I will not be using the promo code.
