The sister of the killer arsonist is missing.They both lived in the house he set on fire.I would guess he killed her too.

It said his sister was selling the house.It was speculated that's why he started his rampage.Can't say I blame the sister for selling the house they hated each other and her brother already killed their grandmother no wonder she wanted to get away from him.
