What gifts did you get?

I got the blender that can also cook. ds 1 told his dad not to buy stuff like this for girls, lol I wanted this one. I can't wait to cook with it. It made great crushed ice for my drink. I also got a new gym bag, with some new workout clothes.
My parents bought me a gorgeous light blue coach purse. I can't wait for spring.

This year i received lots of great gifts - Perfume sampler, MAC GC, fondue fountain, make up brushes, LUSH bath bombs, face cream gift set, food warmer/buffet (not sure what they are called but I'm so happy I got one).

lol - you can tell it was a Monster High Christmas for her.... LOL!!!!

The best thing I got was the huge smile on my babygirls face when she got her doll, Im so glad I got to make her santa wish come true.

I also got a microwave, gloves, perfume sampler and bottle of perfume (DH knows me so well!), a keurig k-cup holder, purse, chocolates, a sweater, a cool lamp (my bro got me this lamp that looks like a tree with 2 eagles circling around it - too cool!), a bottle of sparkling wine, bottle of crown royal and more chocolates. I know, Im loved!

3 new cook books ( Gluten/dairy free types to experiment with), lovely pink zippered sweater, Yoga cats calendar ( hilarious pics!),
Chantilly gift set, bath gift set, Cineplex, CT and Swiss Chalet GC's, and so many laughs Christmas Day watching DH open his gag gifts, and the kids enjoying Hamlet's antics!

I got a Quo makeup box filled with a TON of stuff, a Kobo e-reader, new dishtowels, a meat thermometer (my biggest wish- I'm weird, I know lol), St. Ives bath and lotion set, chocolates, new jammies, a super sweet snowmen (I collect them!), socks, new jeans and a new sweater, an android phone (galaxy nexus), and lots of other goodies I'm forgetting!!! My birthday is on Saturday and there's a huge box still under the tree that looks surprisingly similar to a kitchenaid mixer box... my fingers are crossed!!!

the looks on the kids faces when they realized that they each got a nintendo dsi for christmas was the best
i also like my new coffee grinder, cozy sherpa throw and my three new hoodies from roots, among other cool stuff dh spoiled me with this year

A new sweater from the in-laws, chocolates, new Clue and Monopoly games to replace the ones I've had since I was a little kid, yoga pants (I guess that's a hint), LOTR The Return of the King collector's edition and HP Deathly Hallows (1&2) to finish off my sets.

I also got my request for coupons. Before Christmas, I told DH that my favourite gift since are the homemade coupons he designed for me. This year's come with new restrictive wording and expiry dates!!! **WHAT??!!** He said I didn't use the ones he gave me last time so he's put on a time limit. The reason I haven't was that they were to pretty to use. I gave him a stern frown....

Now I have dinners out, roses, day trips, etc., but they all have to be used by the end of next year AND they have a maximum value. We are so not impressed....

No gifts between DH and I. We agreed we'd make it a tradition to have Sunday Brunch at the restaurant we love. It's a bit more expensive but well worth the money.
Got chocolates from a colleague and neighbours. Clothes from SIL that are too small. It amazes me how she always give me clothes that are way too small (not that it's 1 or 2 sizes too small when you can make a genuine mistake, but the it's cheap and had to buy me something type...) but I'm glad that someone who needs them will get these when I give them to charity.
