Safeway is not OWFG. OWFG stands for Overwaitea Food Group. On their website they actually use OFG as the abbreviation. On the website it states: "OFG operates more than 120 stores under the Save-On-Foods, Overwaitea Foods, Urban Fare, Cooper's Foods, PriceSmart Foods and Bulkley Valley Wholesale banners". I would guess that they sent a rep the wrong coupons and the rep did not notice. I once found 2 pads of a coupon valid only at OWFG stores in a completely different store here. My best guess at the time was that the rep had put the wrong pads into the store by mistake. The same coupon was available for a variety of food store groups.Quote:
