    i have only had jalapenos we used to grow them in the garden and i would eat them straight like that i loved them

    I use scotch bonnet pepper in just about everything. (scotch bonnet pepper is very similar to habaneros) Other than that I'll use bird peppers.
    Baby J loves it when his food is very spicy too.

    Dh loves hot and spicy foods, the rest of us are mild or tame.

    Since I don't have much sense of smell (Some, just less, get that from my Father) I usually make my food stronger tasting (I think that is why people like it... extra cinnamon or vanilla all the time)..

    I made a pork chilli once (More large chunks of pork than 'chilli' from a recipe and added extra hot sauce...It must have been too much because after eating it for three days my lips were bright pink when I left for a conference.. and still bright pink when I came back 4 days later!
