    My New Years Resolution is to never again enter the politics and news sections here. Passions get too inflamed there and people say thing they don't mean, and I'm guilty of that.. I also apologize to Patty Smyth and Darth Penguin for any and all offense I have given.

    But I'm back in the Tea Room though, and I wish everyone a New Year full of the best!

    Dave, my Friend, I doubt anyone found any of your remarks hurtful on purpose, but you're certainly right about the passion we all have on issues dear to us. For that reason I stick to the: "if I can't say anything nice, I won't say anything at all" motto...so far, so good...I hope!

    Since you weren't called a DICK in a very calculated manner amongst other insults over the past months..I found many of his remarks very degrading and I contest your phrase " Hurtful on purpose" to be a potentailly naive excuse....
