YES! I Freeze mine all the time, and use them to make cheesecakes and they come out perfect. You can defrost them in the fridge, or microwave it to use in baking

This is such a great idea but I have an iPhone 3. it only works on IPhone 3GS or higher. I dont understand why they dont make it web based as well.
