Is it one MIR per product/upc, or is it one MIR per type/category of product?

It is per QUALIFYING upc! Not all colours/types are eligible. Although for the nail polish, I think it's all of them. If you go on the mail-in rebates page of Physician's Formula's website, it says which are the eligible upcs.

I can't find the shimmer strips eye shadows and liners,Eyeliner Trio, Liquid Metal Eyeliner Trio,
Kohl Kajal Eyeliner Trio anywhere with the rebate stickers. I have checked SDM, Rexall, Target, Walmart until now. I really like those products but wont buy without the rebate stickers (when I know I can get them near to free). Has anyone seen them in brampton/mississauga area?

Natural with $7 Mail-in-Rebate 7863C
Rose with $7 Mail-in-Rebate 7864C

So they are two different shades of the blush. Can I buy them both or does it have to be one qualifying product per category??

It has been more than 2 months already for me and I am still waiting for my cheque.

I emailed them - all mine were received on their end the beginning of May - they said that I should see them soon as they are just awaiting approval, I am moving and they allowed me to update my mailing information for when they do get sent out

so anyone who is waiting for ones sent in June she said they are still in the processing stage

I've been waiting since the beginning of July.

Last year I remember it being 2 months, ,so I'm not worrie just yet! I just bought some more this week so Ill be waiting for cheques for a few more months.
