Same here.
I will never buy bigger again. I am lucky that my weight has been fluctuating within the same 5-10lbs up and down for the past 8 months, so I do not have to buy new clothes.
Today's crimes:
Brekkie,
Bottle water
Timmies large coffee with milk and 2 sweetener
Toasted tomatoe (2 slices ww toast, 1 tomatoe, mayo, pepper)
bottle water
lunch
bottle water
more of my tomatoe cucumber salad
coffee
bottle water
Dinner
bottle water
coffee
Toasted tuna sandwich (2 slices ww bread, 1/2 can tuna, mayo, pepper, onion)
Exercise:
AM 18.5 KM bike ride
PM 2.5 KM walk
I weighed myself tonight, and I was the same weight as I was yesterday morning, which is 1 lb less than my starting weight, so I am hopeful to post a loss tomorrow that is greater than 1 lb as I am always lighter in the morning than I am in the evenings....plus I am retaining water because it is TOTM.

I slipped up lol. Today I had a piece of garlic toast and a small amount of ice cream. I actually felt sick earlier. It wasn't because I felt guilty. I'm guessing because I've been trying to eat cleaner or better and the gluten, sugar screwed up my insides. Oh well it happens. Tomorrow I will be back on track. I haven't weighed myself yet. I'm waiting several more weeks. My pants feel looser, although right now I feel like a blimp due to that evil gluten and sugar. Lol.
It's Friday!! Long weekend coming!! I want to pick a new " goal date " too for the weight loss, but then I am thinking oh no more pressure!! Well whatever date we pick I am tagging along everyone.
Morning, all!! No weighing today, after that trip! I'll be starting anew on the weekend and losing all the weight I gained back thinking I was in control. Or....thinking it wouldn't matter if I had this or/and that. It did.

The next 2 week will be trying. DH is on vacation and we are not going out of town but we plan to do "day things". SO we shall see what this test brings.
Labor Day is 5 weeks away I am aiming for a modest 5 lbs.
I am aiming to not gain back any losses:)
- 1. Pretty good considering I haven't had a very good week at work. Good thing I'm off for three days after today. My hands are in pretty bad shape.
