down 0.8, not much but it's something. seems like I lose weight sooooooo slowly.
It wont let me input my weight into WW online though, so I think I'll have to go back to Sunday as my weigh in day.

Finally got a good night's sleep, it really does make a difference.
When I was at Sami fruit the other day they had something new in their dried section, roasted chick peas, I got some and they are really great. Of course now I just realized looking at a chickpea recipe site this is a no brainer to do at home lol. Sometimes you just don't think .........
I love roasted chick peas!!!! so yummy!
I think I cheated a bit this weekend...went to DD's yesterday evening, had Boursin cheese, crackers, other goat cheeses..crackers, wine, and we played Euchre.....and today I found a great recipe for our new Actifry and omg...so delicious! I don't think it was a big cheat...but I did eat "off the plan" for dinner, so I may pay for it next weigh-in...or just consider it a metabolism boost and go with that! :-)
Great job everyone! Lynn...all the cheese  you sure you're not a mouse :lolsign: Veering from the plan is ALWAYS acceptable once in a while, otherwise, it would be way to hard. We all need a treat once in a while!
Hey all, I'm 2 days late posting but on Friday there was 0 change and still nothing. so at least I'm maintaining and not gaining- that's a start anyway.
This week is gonna be good!!!
Let's not forget it works both way too. Health first and foremost!!!. I had a friend in high school who looked much like this. She even used to dye her hair black to make herself look thinner. Sadly I don't know what became of her. Imagine this was in the late 70's when I doubt there was even a name for it. I remember her eating only grapes and water. Never saw her eat anything else. :(

Last night made basmati rice, had peppers (1 each of red, yellow, green, orange, ), 2 onions, mushrooms sauteed, 2 cups cooked chick peas, everyone into the pan with fine herbs, paprika, onion powder, garlic, parsley and a jar of my homemade tomatoes then added the cooked rice to it and let it simmre for a bit. Made enough for leftovers too.
Patti that sound delicious. I have a dried bean question for. Do you buy your dried beans at the grocery store or are they better from a bulk food store? I was reading in a recipe book that dried beans that have been around awhile aren't as soft when you cook them.Found this out the hard way after making a soup with navy beans fo the grocery store and they just would not soften enough, it wasn't terrible but not great either.
