I was going to join May 1st but now I'm going to join tomorrow instead. Big savings as its usually $21 a month and a start up fee - although the do have promos from time to time.

Nice work Walks, glad someone is in the zone.My week was a bit pitiful!! Worked at the bakery last night and ate all the ends they cut off the poppy seed rolls..what was I thinking, oh I remember they were delicious!! Needless to say I cancelled out any progress made earlier in the week.Back in the saddle today!!
Will weigh in next week. Chocolate has hit our household. I am giving myself a pass this weekend to indulge a little and then back on the straight and narrow.
Actually, I have been behaving today despite the chocolate, but a little grace is good.
I will not be behaving this weekend (at least not Easter Dinner day) one single iota. :tongue:
hi everyone, I am getting back on the wagon come Tuesday. DH has been home sick for the last 3 weeks so things have been a little off quilter with my exercising and skipping meals so I have decided to let my hair down (lol) and enjoy this weekend mind you I will not go hog wild but do want to indulge a little (wink) . Wishing everyone a wonderful and safe Easter weekend.

My main goals lately have been to get more produce into my diet, I was doing so well and than things started to slip when Mom got sick and we were not able to shop regularly so fresh produce was not always available in the house. But this last week I was able to get back on track. As well trying to drink more water I have a water bottle I now take everywhere with me because I know I need to drink 2 of these a day which works better for me than just having large bottles I would drink from but never keep track of how much I was drinking a day.
I have also been looking up easy 10 minute work outs that can be done in small spaces. Right now I do not have a work out area set up in our home and do not have a place right now that I can set up so I am working on plan B. I did one that was maybe a little too advanced for me because I seriously messed up my back this week (was either the work out or hauling boxes of stuff around the house) so I am letting that heal right now before I do anything else.

jasperandchar, hope hubby is feeling better soon, that must have been a long 3 weeks, which does make it more of a challenge to keep your own focus. Start it all back up after Easter.
Sassy, you are so right about the fresh produce. If it is not in the house we reach for the bad stuff. Is " walking " for exercise an option for you? Since space is limited for you, brisk walking outdoors can make a huge difference. I guess it depends on your work schedule though.
