walks, the streets and driveways are clear again, but no fun waking up to that! Yes, low temps here all week, too...hope the kids are enjoying hot Vegas! Grrr!
Weighed myself today. Down 1/2 pound. Not sure if it's water weight or fat lol.
I gained back the 4 I lost from being sick. DH says my bum looks smaller and asked if I had lost more weight this week. I'll take it! Belly growing, other parts shrinking?
In this thread we all lose fat, every time we decrease it is FAT melting off our skinny little bodies.
You are a machine, Walks!!!! I knew that, of course.....lol...as soon as you put your mind on your diet, {{{poof!}}} off comes the weight!!
I'm going to eat carefully until we leave for Washington, at which time I know I won't be dieting, then gingerly and elegantly hopping back onto that band-wagon of a diet.

This is me. Yes, lose fat (and clearly sanity) and retain water.
it is early but I weighed myself anyways...2 lbs lost this week!! I was hoping it might be more since the loss started showing very early in the week...but it all balanced out by today. Good luck everyone.

ugh, I need to get back on track. I haven't been following WW but I'm think I should start it up again. Spring is already here, Summer is around the corner!
I did buy a fitbit and have been wearing it for awhile. Right now I'm averaging about 7,500 steps a day. They say people should be doing 10,000 so I guess I have to start bumping it up! Every little bit counts.
Took the kids swimming today. Catching them at the bottom of the slide and then hoisting them back up onto the deck is my cardio for the day. My arms are feeling pretty sore! lol
