I would just like to say that after waiting 1 WHOLE month for my order (shipping option: 3-7 days), I have finally been notified that my order was cancelled! This is after the fact they told me that my order had been shipped and that they were simply waiting on Canada Post to give them a tracking order! Not only did they make me wait 1 whole month, they LIED on top of that! They don't even have a customer service # you can reach. I had to contact them through their Facebook page. How inconvenient is that if you don't have a Facebook. You could also e-mail them but I found that they replied a whole lot faster on Facebook. In order to make it up to me, they sent me a special coupon code to take 30% off my next purchase. That is PATHETIC considering I ordered during their 50% friends + family sale! They should have at least matched the 50% off! I have no intentions of ever shopping at their online store or actual retail stores ever again. This was just a horrible experience!

You know what's really stupid (for a lack of better words); my order was cancelled because they ran out of the items I purchased BUT those items are still up on their website! I wouldn't be surprised if this was yet another lie!
