I'm off to boot camp for the first time in 2 months and I'm pretty sure my trainer has good intentions of killing me :yikes: If I'm not back on tonight would someone kindly call the police for me ;)

Here I go....anyone want to talk me out of it?? HMMMM....No one?? Ok I'm going. See you ladies soon.

I know how funny that sounds but I am seriously allergic to all anesthetics. Carry my epi pens.. wear my medic alert bracelet. If I come into contact with it, I seizure. My reactions were so bad that the allergy specialist from London refused to do any further testing as it was unsafe to me. It's not a fun allergy. Hubby had some serious adjusting to do when we met. Poor hubby can't have the freezing at the dentist any longer... And yes ladies.. thats right... no freezing at the dentist for me.

OMG!!! How do you get any fillings? I just got home from the dentist, as one of my teeth fractured, and I cannot imagine not having freezing!!! I was almost in tears with the freezing (not a big dentist fan). Not that drooling all over face after the dentist is that much fun.........but a drill with no numbing.........I'm almost in tears again.........ughhhhhhhhh!

I can not imagine going into a hotel and requesting them back. Kudos to her. But I have never forgotten to double check ALL drawers/cupboards since. Nor has she let me forget:)

OMG, this cracked me up!!!! I think I would have been able to go back for my stuff though. Those items can cost a bit, and there are not too many coupons for them, lol!! Glad you have such a great friend :0)

I bet Pumpkin was totally fine with the no-freezing thing, but since we've all posted how horrific it would be, she's probably rocking herself in the fetal position asking herself "Why me?"

But, seriously, that's just plain horrific.

No lotions potions or smellies here,hate to be downer but allergies/exzema...

On a frisky note,we had a little get away to Detroit Lakes after Christmas.Jacuzzi,fireplace suite..I packed 6 inch heel thigh hi RED suede boots and a little red negligee..(I can see Jez gagging and blushin already heehee)So we like it spicey but no additives please!

Well, when you can't have something.. you just don't! LOL! I have NEVER been frozen at the dentist...EVER! My first reaction/seizure was at 5 years old.

I have fillings... it really doesn't hurt that much. People always are a little freaked out....

And, I'm not really tough... LOL!! The thought of pain is scary for me. The dentist doesn't hurt me.

Ive been lucky to make it to 31 years without stiches cause that would happen without freezing too. And, if I ever am hurt in a way that requires freezing... the plan is to give me enough morphine/twilight that I will be "awake" but completely out of it with no memory of it. Sounds okay to me.

However, having to have a plan IF I ever get hurt that badly was not fun to think about!
