OK, my tip would be to check the liquidation section and match with any coupons you may have. This alone can save you alot, sometimes getting items for next to nothing.

Just because something is free doesn't mean it is actually. Be weary of taxes on "free" items. Sure, it might be "free" but you are still spending taxes so it might not be something you really need. And believe me those taxes add up!

Great shopping trip!! I love Sobey's too. I managed 1087 points today. so my # will be 108.

My tip. Make a meal plan for the week and go to the store only once to pick up those items. I am going to try this. Hoping that it will lower my OOP at the end of the month. I will still stockpile items that are on sale for later meals as well. So some weeks could be quite cheap

One of my new years' resolution is include more vegetables and fruits in the diet of my family and for that I have started buying produce at the flea market on the weekend and I have also bought a juice extractor. The juicer helps me create a mix that my son wouldn't eat otherwise.
