It's telling me that my email is already in there system, and I have not requested this one before.

i just order the frame .. .it work for me ...it said ...it would send me a email to confirm it .

I never got an email but did receive a letter in the mail saying I should receive the photo frame soon.. and that was weeks ago. I haven't heard from them since.

i havent gotten either yet but ill remain hopeful

got the letter too about two weeks ago still no frame

Good news, everyone! I just received my photo frame today, it looks very nice! So don't get frustrated too soon, maybe it's already on the way to your mailbox.

got the letter today saying that my frame is on its way
