Finally finished Firefly girls. I usual love Kristen Hannah but this was just did not do it for me, I think because I had seen snippets of the Netflix show and am not a fan of either star. Honestly I think I start this one 6 months ago, but eventually it improved because the 1st 285 pages took 6 months and the last 200 a day.
Friends don't let real friends pay full price.

I'm almost finished the novel, "Disposable Souls". It's a crime/mystery and it's set in Halifax. Gritty. It's great to read a book like this and know exactly where the places used as settings are and to really 'get' the descriptions of the atmosphere, social attitudes, and history of the places.
