today i found the tena coupons for the first time at walmart and got these from walmart for free
kellogs rice krispies cereal x 3
kellogs frosted flakes cereal x 3
GM cereal x 3 with free movie code
gatorade 6 pack x 2
villagio bread x 2
lays chips x 4( now i have the receipt for the pepsico coupon booklet)
pam spray x 1
schick hydro razors are still for 5$ at walmart so 1$ after coupon
gerber snacks x 2
got something too but cant remember them now
from no frils
artic garden select mediterranean 88c
pepsi 33 cent after coupon
saw some other good deals too, will add later

I won my first real value contest : Mott's Garden Canada Gardener Tools Set (42$)(was hoping for the cookware set but yes!I win) from their contest.. I will receive them soon,free coffee at mcdo I did the spend 20$ get 20$ back in coupons from Pepsi with greats sales),FPC'S from the ''Health Challenge'' and that all I am thinking now.

I redeem my 3 FPC of Lean Cuisine Inspiration ...I was at a place they carry them.. but they do take space in the freezer so add 4,49$ x3=13,47$ if my count is good.

And got 5 healthy choices last week with my bogos coupon(friends give me theirs) so add too 15$ approximatively.
