I have been using mustard (in case you are stockpiling) in homemade salad dressings (4 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon any kind of mustard, 1 tablespoon vinegar, and whatever other spices you want to put in it), and for roasted potatoes (nugget potatos are $1 per 5 lb bag at our Walmart right now - leftovers from a few weeks ago, coat with olive oil, mustard and a wee bit of cayanne pepper). Cheap and easy!

I used to make caesar salad dressing with powdered hot mustard, oil, vinegar, eggs, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic and pepper. Gotta get back to doing that again!

We love doing this too! We use things mustard, ketchup, honey, different spices, etc. to make homemade BBQ sauces.
