I just joined in January and have cashed out twice so far and the last time was Feb 20. The cashouts are instant, so once you submit it, it is automatically transferred into your account.

i joined this site in january and so far i love it!!! i make anywhere between 3$-5$/ day ( not really alot but i will take it for the 5-7 minutes it takes to keep up with the site each day! i cashed out yesterday and it went fine its in my account instantly ive never had a problem and ive cashed out almost everyweek since the past month or so
