SpinUWin 2013- system glitch- **updated info Feb 4**

I have entered 2 of these codes for the SpinUWin contest this year (for a $60 coupon booklet). neither gave me a confirmation email like last year. I emailed them as recommended in the FAQs on the website. I would suggest not entering your codes until this glitch is sorted out. Here's what they emailed back to me:

There is a “glitch” with the Spin U Win website. Our Business Technology team is looking into this situation.

I can’t tell if any of the orders are going through. Part of the “glitch” is that we cannot get onto the administration site so that we can see what has been entered. Please hold onto the codes and I will get back to you once this is resolved.

Oh no, I entered 3 a few weeks ago. I can't remember if I ever got a confirmation email. I hope I still have the codes laying around.

I entered 2 right after Boxing Day and i dont remember if I got confirmation on them either!

Thanks for the FYI. I was just about to enter one when I saw this post, so I will hold off for a bit. I did enter 2 a couple of weeks ago as well and don't remember getting a confirmation email but I kept all the info, so if I don't receive anything after awhile I will contact them with the info.

Thanks for the info! I just realized I never got confirmation for mine either. I sent an email to them (there is a section on their website for "issues" and gives an email address for people who have not received their confirmations).

Luckily I didn't throw mine out!

thanks for the info i never got mine also, and i chucked them in the trash. :S but thank god chrome sames everything you enter in a form i was able to get them back. so i fired off an e-mail lets see what they say

FYI, people should probably read the rules for this contest before throwing away your PIN codes. Last year, they required the winners to produce the original code, otherwise they forfeit the prize. I imagine this would only be required if someone won the grand prize... but just wanted to let people know...

I always keep my pins until I know the contest is over and the winners have been contacted. Kind of a pain in the butt, but I have a page in my coupon binder dedicated to stuff like that, so no biggie!

Thank goodness I was also able to retrieve the code from google chrome! I sent them an e-mail, it says they will respond in 2 business days, I will keep the thread posted!
