well well well...
I wopuld like to BRAG, cause im feelin good today!!!
- I joined myfitnesspal the same day a lovely sc'er (Jennyfromtherock) suggested it to me, since she had lost a LOT of weight successfully on it...got all my friends onto it too and in 3 months I have lost 15.1lbs - not too SHABBY my first goals was for my Wii Mii on Wii Fit not to be considered "obese" anymore...done!
I have been wondering lately if couponing will ever be the same again with a healthier diet- because Alot of cheap products are pre packaged crap food... i dont eat mot of it anyway, but for example i may not be eating yoplait yogurt if it werent free right now!
if anyone has any tips pr tricks (or good coupons to trade!) for healthy food shopping on the cheap let me know!
also if anyone needs support and it just READY to change and wants to add me on myfitnesspal my username is tsellar29
next goal: save /trade for en!ough amazon.ca codes for a heart rate monitor/calorie counter watch!!!
im sooo stoked!! wooooo me!This thread is currently associated with: Amazon.ca & Amazon.comHOHOHO ‘‘tis then season for trading

whohoo you! I am on myfitnesspal too! as far as coupons for healthy food...harder to find for sure. However, you will spend less because you won't be buying any prepackaged food.. If you don't buy it (even if it is cheap), you won't eat it and you won't be spending any money-win-win!
LF: kashi from websaver and 50 cents any cereal printout
FT: Mann's veg and more! Check out my tradelist/wishlist

Congrats on 15lbs. I have also noticed that a lot of things I used to purchase I no longer do because of the processed factor. I try to make all my foods from fresh veggies and fruits and try to avoid processed foods as much as possible. There are not many coupons for fresh fruit and veggies though. It's okay I'll pay more to lose more

Stretch...congratulations on a healthier and fitter YOU! I agree about the coupons, most are for questionable products for those concerned with fat, salt, sugar, gluten, calories and dairy. But use the ones for paper products, ones that give overage and buy fresh food with the overage if possible.
Stick yo it, your body will thank you.

Congrats! There's a whole thread on whether or not it's possible to eat healthy while couponing, and it's all about your choices. For instance, coupons on milk, yogurt, cheese, bread and eggs are really great. I also get coupons for tofu, hummus, tuna and canned veggies (not as good as fresh, but convenient to make salads). There are always alternatives Keep up the good work!

Congrats! It is definately harder to coupon for "healthy foods" but still possible! Things like flour, sugar, yeast, eggs, pam, deli meats, bread, and all non-food related items are still things you'll be using coupons for.

Way to go! I have lost just over 30 pounds, using myfitnesspal to be more aware of what I really am putting into my body. Most of my couponing is focused on household items (tp, personal health items), any money not spent is helpful....one dollar at a time.
