Yes. Absolutely. You cannot buy things that are from front store, or fragrances. They are to be under a different transaction and either paid for normally or processed under a normal redemption (Booo!)

last year - Feb 11th-13th, 2012 was the exact same - they called it the beauty event of the year - same redemption levels as PB posted and it was for cosmetics and fragrances.

I have never seen a cosmetics promo that did not also include fragrances

Sorry guys I was told that the redemption was everything in store so am not sure. Atleast we know either way that there is some kind of redemption promo coming. I'm sure saving Moola will let us know tomorrow when she usually posts the BC flyer.
