Hey everyone, I found a recruitment poster for an online University study. I've pasted the information below.



PARTICIPANTS NEEDED FOR SURVEYS ON ATTITUDES



University of Waterloo
Department of Psychology

Douglas Brown and Lindie Liang of the Department of Psychology at the University of Waterloo, Canada are looking for participants to take part in a study on work attitudes and behaviors.

As a participant, you would be asked to complete a background information survey online to ensure you are eligible for the study. Once we have verified that you are eligible, you will be asked to complete 3 online surveys over the next few weeks, taking approximately 30 minutes each. The surveys ask questions about your perceptions of your work and life environments; your personality; and your general attitudes.

Participants must meet the following criteria:

• Be employed in a full-time job (i.e., work a minimum of 30 hours/week)
• Have regular contact with other people in your work organization (e.g., you interact with work peers and supervisor daily)
• Be willing to complete 3 surveys over a 4 week period
• Be willing to nominate a work peer to complete a single survey on your work/life attitudes.

If you qualify for the study, in appreciation for your time and with your agreement, you will receive $10 for completing all three surveys. Should he/she agree to participate, your work peer will also receive $10 for completing the survey.

This is legit. I've completed surveys for them before & received an email (this email) asking me to take part again. Not sure if it's by invite only or an open study though?

I also received an email inviting me to participate in this survey again except I never received payment for my first survey.
