My son is in grade 2 (age 7)and is currently doing his 100 day of school project. He is collecting 100 email from around the world. He will be posting them on a map by where they came from. All the information he need is where you are from a name(or even nickname) and if possible a quick fact about where you live(sports team, weather when you write it,famous person born there, or name of a town mascot etc). He needs these by the 100 day of school which is next week. email can be addresses to DW or dw100day. The email addy for this project is [email protected]

My DS is in grade one, and the teacher has asked for us to send in 100 of something - popsicle sticks, bread tabs, pompoms, whatever, and the kids are encouraged to 'prove' it's 100 by putting it groups of 10 or 25, etc. DS is bringing 100 popcorn kernels. It's amazing how little space 100 popcorn kernels take up when they're not popped!
