This is a really weird process. I submitted 2 rebates about a week apart. One for me and one for my parents because they are not good with computer.

Mine:

Received the cheque.
then got an email saying my cheque will be mailed March 27.
It's March 22 and I've already cashed the cheque lol.

My parents:
Submitted 10 days before my rebate
Had to contact Neilmed for an update
said cheque will arrive in April/May (but it was submitted BEFORE)?

Hmmm. A mystery lol!

I finally call to the customer service. They tolled me they are having some delay, but most likely, I will get my check by end of next week.

I finally received my check today but they sent me the wrong amount! I'm short by about $30. Called in and that didn't help much so they told me to e-mail them with a copy of the receipt again. So annoying.

My cheque also short for $28. I called them and they said they will mail me a new cheque. I guess they do it in purpose.
