Finally got the rebate cheque today but they didn't reimburse me tax of $1.24...oh well not going to bother.

My suggestion is to keep emailing them and KEEP the emails. I always replied to the emails they sent with the previous correspondence so they could see exactly what lies they told me.

I called them and they said it is processed and coming in 2 weeks. I told them they said that a month ago, they said "so sorry." But nothing else I can do, right? Will wait

Good, and I was so lazy for calling them, after all I called them yesterday and there was a nice lady, she said when in April they sent an email about sending cheques, after that there was some glitch, after waiting when people start calling they came to know how many checks are missing, and they start sending those people (who called them). Now she gave her name to me and said that she will take care about my cheque and I will receive that in 3,4 weeks. I think I should call them early like lol.

A "GLITCH" Uh huh. How convenient. So basically they are saying they are not sending out any cheques and if you don't contact them then you lose out because they are not going to contact you. Poor poor public relations.

I'm done with their rebates. Unfortunately hubby uses the sinus rinse daily so I still have to give them our money and it pains me to do so.
