It came out a SmartSource issue a while back ago. There is also a tearpad that was available sometime last year for this also, expires March 31, 2013. Plus there is a $4.00 mailout one when you request a sample. And there is another one for $3.00 off that came out of Todays Parent Magazine sometime last year also. You can check advil.ca and they may have a $2.00 off coupon available too.

I don't think you can print this one at least not the one offered from RightAtHome. I think you can only request it though WebSaver and they will mail it out to you. I don't know if there is a printable one available.
