So last night DW and I decided to do some late night shopping.
With the WM flyer in hand we headed over to SOF.
We were so excited that we wanted to share our list:
2x Chapmans Frozen Yogert(2l tub)
Reg Price: $7.99
SOM Price: $5.99
- $5 cereal coupon
= $0.99 each
2x Zip Lock 15 Large Freezer Bags
Reg Price: 2 for $9.98
WM Price Match: $2.68each
- $4 WUB2 Coupon
= $0.68 each
2x Zip Lock 20 Large Storage Bags
Reg Price: 2 for $9.98
WM Price Match: $2.68each
- B2G2 Coupon
= FREE
Glad Wrap 30m
Reg Price: $3.49
WM Price Match: $1.48

It still feels like winning the lottery everytime we go shopping.
Price Match AND Stacking... why shop anywhere else.

your SOF price matches??? I didn't think they did that anymore..is that a new change? I haven't tried pm'ing at SOF yet, but they are my favorite grocery store because I used to be a cashier at one in Edmonton and I love their local (western Canada) produce!

Here's my conversation with Customer Service:
me: "Do you price match?"
them: "Yup, do you have a flyer?"
me: "Yup, it's from Walmart"
them: "No problem"
me: "Is there any limit?"
them: "Nope, as long as we have it "
me: "haha thanks very much"
and that was it, we finished the rest of our shopping and POOF no worries.
Got to the checkout and said, "we have a couple price matches and a couple coupons." No worries at all.. super smooth.

I have already gotten a lot of great stacking deals there! Great to know they price match as well =). Thanks for the info. You forgot to use the 'buy 2 ziploc products save $3 on club house marinades' printable coupon. Worked wonderfully for me. Got 8 ziploc bags and 2 marinades for $2!

I wonder if they have changed their price match policy as well as allowing stacking...I asked a few months ago if they did price matching at the one I go to, and they said no. I think it may be time to ask again.

I live in Aldergrove and the other night we went in to price match on charmin and bounty with our coupons to stack, we were told buy customer service that they do PM but only to other local grocery stores. They specifically mentioned they do not PM to WM, SDM & LD, this may be because we don't have a WM in town, but it's only 15-20 mins away so I think it should be fair game.

That is totally the case, each store has a list of stores that are considered "competition" in their surrounding areas and usually they will only match to them.
In Abby, it's LD, WM, Extra Foods, Superstore, SDM, Thrifty, PriceSmart, Zellers and IGA.
On Sunday, I took in a WM, SDM, Extra Foods and Thrifty flyers and PM'd them all with no problems at all and I stacked as well.

I think maybe the new SOF policy change may include some PM'ing to other stores like Sobeys, Safeway etc. that are not the "giants" like WM and RCSS.
I'm going to check into this further for AB locations and follow up on this topic...very interesting!!!

I have two SOF close to me. One does not PM and the other will only PM Safeway. Kinda sucks. I hope that will change in the near future.
