Well, can you imagine I am not yet finished my package LOL. I did however buy more items . One more adult based item to that am still on the fence about sending...you never know just how good a sence of humor/adventure a person has until you send them something to ummm kinky .

Well I have had some very interesting conversations today with several of tenants that have lived here a long time, very interesting indeed. Plus 2 ladies on the 3rd floor have made it there business to go door to door today to inform everyone of their rights & the law. Lol. Haven't checked my mailbox yet to see if she has re-returned me cheque, currently I'm pjs so it's not going to happen tonight.

I joined FRESH POINTS today it is an app for iphone but works with an itouch and you scan barcodes of groceries/household items ect and you get points and once you have a certain amount of points you can redeem for gift cards.

Today I scanned about 50 items of groceries and even items for my buddy and I already have enough points for a gift card !!!

You get more points for rating an item or if you have their selected items you get bonus points for those ! Even when you are in the store you can turn on the location of your phone and scan the bonus items right in the store !

Had a wonderful afternoon getting together with friends celebrating a birthday - too much fun drinking, eating, laughing! Should do this more often! Always a drag coming home - where were you, how come you took so long and what's to eat! You'd think they were totally helpless - it's not like they are infants! Oh well they will survive!
3 words to describe me - creative,crafty,amazing (lol - I think the alcohol is talking - I seem to have an overinflated opinion of myself - I'm sure my kids would be saying things like selfish, self-centered and lazy!) Life is good!

hi ladies! I'm back! thank you for being patient with me. I've been still reading the posts but haven't been replying much. this week is getting a bit better. spent lots of time just sitting with my sister and watching anne of green gables and painting and cooking and baking. just to give us something to do. not always talking. just being there.

but I'm back in the chatter and ready to send off my pantaloon train anyday. just waiting for one more item I ordered off amazon. hope it gets here soon! =) will go back and reply to things now!

You get the idea. Alexa has not slept for more than a 2 hour stretch at night the last 2 nights. I have a deep freezer in my front hallway that won't fit down the stairs (I should have just bought the mini chest freezer. ..dammit! ). I have 14 pizza pocket coupons I was hoping to use today at rcss since 8 pks are on sale til today, I don't see them on in any flyers starting tomorrow (so hoping next wknd brings a sale before I leave til the 31st - which is when they expire! )...all that trading for nothing

I got bored today and havent had a coffee (trying to cut caffeine in case it's contributing to her night waking) so alexa tried pablum today...she hasn't been showing much interest in our food but I tried anyways. She was so funny. She did great! Unsure at first, but then dove for the spoon every time I brought it near her...she also stuck "her" spoon in the bowl. Now we just have to work on swallowing

I use it on my ipod since I only a bb, I love it super easy. I want to use the gift cards for Christmas presents Starbucks and Subway covers 3 of the 5 people I buy gift cards for every year. Or Starbucks is always good to bribe mom with (yes grown adult but when she got glass in her eye and had to go back for follow up I had to bribe her with an expensive coffee to get her to go back).

The only down side I know some people have found is if you do want to earn the points you do need to follow all of the steps, scan, photo (if asked) and rate the product.

I have enough for one gift card but I haven't been using it as much as I should but hopefully soon I can find some more time when work calms downs (ha ha this won't happen and I know it, but a girl can dream).

right now freshpoints and checkout51 are my favourite apps! I've only made $20 on checkout51 and enough for one GC on freshpoints but it's something right?

Hi ladies, how was everyone's day? Mine was crazy but great all at the same time. The child I had to let go from my daycare left today I am looking forward to a peaceful daycare once again! It was a crazy busy day entertaining an 11yr old who can't do anything, OMG he was so bored all day but he is feeling much better and hasn't had a headache since around noon so he's going back to school tomorrow!!! I got all of my pantaloon crafts done today and am trying to plan out a painting. Hopefully I'll find some peace this weekend, I cannot paint if I can't find some peace..LOL I have most of my shopping done too, now to find a box that will fit everything I'm excited to get it all done and off in the mail to you!! Funny story...Trent came up from his room while I was making my crafts and he asked what I was doing so I explained the train to him and he gagged...LOL He said "you are touching other people's underwear, that's disgusting" LOL I had to explain they were new...they he said OMG so someone is going to wear those after you touched them...HAHAHA Yes son that is the plan Then I told him that I touch all of his underwear before he wears them, well he is going to need therapy LOL I love being able to traumatize him

As many of you know I have been having trouble with my landlady recently & that she raised the rent but didn't give us the proper notice. Today is the day when according to the her/the other owners the rent goes up. A majority of us decided that we weren't going to pay it. Anyways this little beauty was on our door yesterday (not put up by me)! The landlady has since taken it down. Should be an interesting day today.

I was grumpy all week, a couple of bags of dark chocolate chips did the trick! I'll bring you some!

I looked through every chocolate bar at Superstore yesterday and finally found one with no milk or soy products. Bought it and split it up into little ziplocs so that I can grab one for the day. also realized that I can still eat corn products and potato so certain chips are great. still trying to eat healthy though!

So my landlady has returned my rent cheque (via my mailbox) without an explanation! I have re-submitted it into the rent box. Called the tenancy board again today, & they told me I am within the law & their rent increase is illegal as they didn't give us 90 days notice & they must re-submit new notice thy gives us 90 days notice. So the longer she refuses to take my rent the longer before my rent goes up. I asked what do I do if she won't accept my rent money. After 14 days she has to either accept or give me an eviction notice, at which point I can file an appeal which I will win because of everything mentioned above & pay the rent to the board!

I am not the only tenant in the building doing this, so they are just creating a headache for themselves.

man. it's like one of those real life dramas. I'm sure if we were in the states, there would be a reality show about crappy landlords!
