My cat baby sitter got me a gift while I was gone. one of those small dust devil vacuums that have the full length handle.
She recommended I vacuum car fur rather than sweep it, because sweeping just scatters dander and hair into the air and then it resettles.
I come home, there is a noticeable difference. All those cat fur piles on the stairs are gone and my place just feels fresher!
We are always vacuuming cat fur up, sweeping just pushes it around
i use dyson animal vaccum for my cat's fur :-)
I'm still finding cat fur even though my cat died several weeks ago and I clean up regularly...

Darth - I'm very sorry to hear about your cat dying! I know it's very difficult when we lose a fur "member of the family"!
Vesper - I thought you were describing a vacuum that you can use RIGHT ON YOUR CAT! I tried to do that to MY CAT years ago, when I had 3 cats. NO DEAL!

my other cat died last year..they were both in the 19/20 yr old age group so it wasn't unexpected. I'm not planning on rushing out to get a new cat ATM..though one or more is in the future plans. I'm sure that my cat is out there somewhere and will find me when I'm needed.Quote:
