Just to back from Bayers Lake Costco and saw they had 15 packs of large Dempster Tortillas (original or ancient grains) for $1.99. If you're anything like me I hate buying taco/fajita kits but these are great to make your own. Works out to $0.13 per tortilla.

I picked up a couple of packages last night, there didn't seem to be many left. You can freeze them, but I find it's difficult to take one out of the frozen pack, they stick together when frozen.

I've been making my own corn tortillas with a tortilla press I got off Kijiji. Yum.

GMOs! I always think of that with the stuff in the stores. I wonder if Masa corn is too!?
