I contacted the company again and THIS IS NOT A FREEBIE. It should be moved to the appropriate forum.

Below is an excerpt from the email I received.

Basically, when you're invited back to the site in April, you would place an order with your credit card information and then we would refund you the price of the box within 2 days of your order, less the shipping to Canada. So you would be charged the $36 plus shipping and then refunded the $36 within 2 days after placing your order.

Who knows what you might have to pay when it arrives at destination also. You may have to pay duty as well since it's coming from the U.S.

Thanks for posting , but after reading the privacy policy I'll skip this one. It appears that you are expected to pay for it and then they reimburse you 2 days later, minus shipping charges. So you have to pay shipping costs also..........apparently my page hadn't refreshed and I'm just repeating what everyone else already posted....lol......sorry

Hm. I'm really interested in beauty boxes, TOTALLY depending on the shipping price I might do it. They seem like a pretty reputable company from their facebook page and whatnot. Thanks for the info!

This isn't really a freebie anymore. I think they got overwhelmed by the amount of signups for the free box and the fact that a lot of people would unsubscribe after getting the first box, so they've changed it.

You now have to pay for the first box in full (with shipping). The second box will be the 'free' box, where you get the box itself for free but still have to pay shipping for it.
