Aaaack ! This is why I prefer binge watching, waiting another week to find out what's blowing the horn is too much !
If you know where to look, you can get your hands on stuff without having to wait, or with any crappy commercials interrupting...just saying ;)

One guess is that it's the kid blowing the horn thinking he's getting Rick back for shooting his dad. Might be too soon for the other group plus the sound is directing them to Alexandria.
