Other than Sally's and The Beauty Supply Outlet, where ELSE can I buy developer?
Can anyone help me out? What other stores carry it in Hamilton?

Shoppers carries bleach called Roux I believe. They also have developer by Ice cream.

I don't think I'v heard of those..I know Sally's carries Roux..not sure about the developer, at least I don't think I remember seeing it, could you maybe link me? or show me what they look like?
