Hey everyone!! I did a huge shop at rcss this morning! I was there for two hours, thank goodness my LO loves shopping!!!
I got:
1, mini egos (sale $1.98 -$.50) $1.48
3- cheese strings (pm nf, $2 -$.75) (1.25 each) $3.75
3- nutri grain bars (pm fb, $1.88) $5.64
1- maxwell house coffee (pm wm, $2.97) $2.97
3- canned veg (2@ $.99 1@$.74) $2.72
3- Quaker oats bars (pm food basics $1.88- $1.88 coupons) free!! (Coupon was for $2 off, found inside oatmeal packs, but they don't allow overage so I only got $1.88 off)
5- smuckers jams (pm nf $2- $1) ($1 each) $5
1- trop 50 juice (free wub 3 Quaker products) free!!
1- v8 cocktail $2.50
1- deli meat $2.29
3- country harvest bread (pm nf $2.00- $.75) ($1.25 each) $3.75
2- packs of sausages (pm nf) didn't check before price... Oops!! $10.85
fruits and veg, $12.34 (price matched the carrots to nf=$2 and price matched 2x mushrooms to fb= $.88 each)
I also had a store coupon for $5 off when you spend $25
biggest deal of the day..... Green works dish soap!!!
They were on 'blowout' for $2.04, I got 6 for a total of $12.24. I used 3x $2 wub 2 cz and 3x $2 wub 2 mfr. coupon. So I paid $0.24 (before tax) for 6 green works dish soap!!! whoop!!!** not all rcss will allow you to use a cz and mfr coupon together, mine will and mine allows us to use more than one of the same cz in one transaction, ask your manager before you start your grocery shop what his/her rules are regarding this.**
Total before coupons = $89.66
after coupons = $52.35
I haven't calculated how much I saved while pm-ing but I'm sure I saved at least $20 more.Last edited by Frugal Lisa; Sun, Mar 10th, 2013 at 10:58 AM.

Thanks! I spent a long time planning, but I got really lucky finding the green works on blowout!!
i am also very lucky that my rcss let's us use a mfr and cz. But still at $1.04 I would have bought the green works for sure! (if I was only able to use 1 coupon that is.)We don't need to be rich, don't need to be famous just to have a good time!

Which RCSS location allowed that? Surprised the cashier allowed that, and I do wondering about that coupon zone green works, it has CZ printed, however, for the conditions in there, doesn't look like a CZ one, i.e. look more like regular manufacture coupon, it didn't list any Loblaws companies in there I believe. Could that particular one be scanned? Just wondering.
