lol! For, I guess. Hubby has a applied for 2 jobs in Calgary (1 which he didn't get, the other we are still waiting to hear). She is mad that we would leave Ontario, for sone reason she is trying to get us to move to Kitchener, note she lives in TO too!

I am so thankful for this community as checking in on the threads always brings a smile to my face and gives me a reason to laugh- whether it be at a joke, picture or other thing.

That's the best thing about SC - the random smiles and lolz...you could be having the crappiest day/week/month and just 'lurking' around some of these threads will give you something to at least smirk at!

I like wine. Colour doesn't matter as long as its not super dry. What is the sulphate levels like in home brewed wine? I can't drink super cheap wine because of sulphates cause a reaction. I start sweating, turn bright red, get super tired, and nauseous. I don't have a problem with the slightly more costly wines. And by "more costly" I mean the $10 bottle verses the $8...


Ha! I used to have so many of those. Then our school banned them because kids were "gambling" with them.

I loved Pogs! I have problems with wine too (partially because it's fermented and not distilled - weird/severe mould allergy alert - I still enjoy a glass once in a while, but I have similar symptoms as you've mentioned when I have something with a lot of tannins in it. I find that Chianti's or a valpolicella are good for me. Cabs etc = NO GOOD!

This time difference is screwing with me still. 6:34 at home/my computer, but 3:34 here. Hubby finished work super early (11:30!) so he met up with me and we did some grocery shopping and had a nice lunch. Good news everyone! The Outfit Assassin made the plane out to Vancouver! lol...I let daddy deal with that one. I've had her alone since Sunday afternoon. He's due for some 'bonding' time!

Going to meet a SC'r in real life tomorrow! Dealbreakers...I don't know if she's even on here anymore because we transitioned from SC pals to FB pals and now maybe real pals! That's exciting.

ok. im popping in to ask a question.. hubby is going to Ikea on Saturday.. im debating on going. theres nothing i 'need' there that isnt expensive, basically everything i want/need i can get at a thrift store or giant tiger or the $ store. do i let him go with the 'guys' (our sons) and have a day to myself. or go.. its alot of walking which i can't handle. would u go or ?

So starting to pack up my box. Just a heads up for my buddy, not sure if its going to work or not by trying to turn my box into a mini Easter eggs hunt so make sure you look through all the packing before discarding box! Just hopefully the insides wont get shaken around to much!
