Need some reassurance/advice before my shop tomorrow please!

Hey everyone, I'm planning to participate in the 18,500 pt promo tomorrow but I'm nervous because the points are going to be added a week later. My plan is to use a whole lot of baby bonus point coupons to bring in a total of almost 37,000 points by spending only $75 plus tax but I'm scared that they'll notice how many bp coupons I used and determine that I can't combine the offers and I won't get my 18,500 on March 20th.

Does anyone know if the points being added later puts me at risk? Like if the use of bp coupons will something in their systems and deny my account the 18,500. Has anyone tried this before? Thanks

I think, and hopefully someone will be able to clarify this for you, but if it's an automatic promo ie regular 20x the points you can use bonus point coupons and get the points from both, but if you need a coupon to get the points as in tomorrow's event, you risk not getting the 18500 points because it's a coupon itself.
Again I'm not sure if that's right, but from reading this forum that's the impression I got.

Other members have reported not receiving the "added at later date" Promo points because you are not supposed to combine promos. They will issue the points with the higher value. In your case the VIB bonus points add to 17500, so they will most likely remove those points and add the 18500 later.

If the promo was instant you would get both the 18500 promo points and the VIB points, if your cashier allows you to use them during a points promo. I have never attempted it personally though.

I would not take the risk. Whenever i do the "added later" events i always follow the "rules", i never use coupons to bring the total down and i don't use BP coupons. I know for others it has worked and i know that it also hasn't, so i play it safe and don't take the risk. Please let us know if you do it and it works. Good luck

Thanks for all the replies. I don't think I am going to take the risk, I can hold off on diapers and hope for a 20x event that lines up with a sale before my coupons expire. It would have worked out to be an awesome deal though :-S

I don't think you can use that many coupons on your products. For example, those VIB coupons is one time. So if you buy 5 packs of Swaddles in one transactions, I don't think they can scan the 3000 pt VIB coupon 5 times. I think you can only use it once (at least per transaction).

I used 4 VIB per transaction but 3 for different diapers - Huggies, Pampers Swaddlers and Easy Ups and 1 VIB for Huggies Wipes. If you want to buy 2 Swaddlers ( I looked at Kyles_Mama's list), you could use that SDM coupon (3000 points) for Pampers from their web site.

Right you can use diff vib for diff diapers, but you cant use more than one 1 vib for the same diaper.

I made sure that I had a unique barcode for each bp coupon. There is a cruisers for 3000 pts, a swaddlers for 3000 pts and a cruisers OR swaddlers 3,000 pt coupon. Because they're all different it would have been okay in the system.

would have been sweet for you if it was an automatic 18500 rather then a printable!! i just used all those vibs and you are right s long as they are all diff you can use them all in one transaction for sure

I think OP has printable VIB coupons as well as the booklet VIB coupons. They do have different UPCs so she can use those all in the same transation, one per item purchased. :)

March 23rd is the next 20x day wus $50...one day only...:)
