Whaaaaat Walmart has it for 2$ ? Is this from the flyer, I tried to look for my local store and it didn't mention. I have 4$ coupon too so I could use some nice overage?

In store price. Not in the flyer. I believe the $4 coupons are expired so you might want to check. And if yours isn't expired pretty please take a picture of it and post it in the dollars and cents scan zone thread.

I just heard about the 8-packs! Not sure if my WM has them or not... getting about 50 packs if they do! lol

Yes, same section. I was walking down that aisle to get the the meat department and saw it out of the corner of my eye and put my breaks on so quick some stuff in my cart jolted forward

I think it is similar as last weekend ( as for prizes u could possibly win: $5, $10, $5000) NOT same ( as there also will be cards with no prize on it)
When you read the instructions for the cashier on the back it instructs that one of the options can be "Sorry. No prize".

"No purchase necessary" and "not every card is a winner".... Booooo! If I am handy to Ct I will stop in and have them scratch a card for me since it does say "No Purchase Necessary".

i wonder.. if they are just doing this promotion for a specific province (card is in french so gues quebec) it seems very odd tey would run this promotion two weekends in a row.. if they do.. well TP here i come! lol

Thanks very much for pointing this out. I missed that. So....it is a 1 in 3 chance of winning the 5.00 dollars. Not everycard will be a winner like last weekend? Thanks everyone

I doubt that all stores would get the same amount. The CT in the Eaton Centre in Toronto was a zoo and the cashiers were still giving out scratch cards at 1 p.m.

The odds for $5000 are NOT 1/6000. I'll show you why below:

-The scanned Scratch Card says "Win 1 of 3 $5000 Canadian Tire Gift Cards"
-Simple math tells us that their would only be 18,000 Scatch Cards for this event. (6000*3=18000)
-According to Wikipedia, Canadian Tire has 487 stores nationwide. Assuming each store gets an equal amount of Scratch Cards, that means each store will only get roughly 37 Scratch Cards. (18,000/487=36.96)
-If each store only got 37 Scratch Cards, they would be out of stock of them within the first thirty minutes of opening on the first day of the promotion.
