anyone know what the vintages gift cards are?

They are the LCBO cards for those expensive or aged alcohol beverages usually displayed in their own room in the big box store. Prices are high, hence the Vintages label.
If you read Food and Drink magazine, usually the November issue has about 10-12 pages on the new Vintages in-store.

Just checked the other flyer posted in the green menu bar tab and the gift cards are for LCBO Vintages(needed the bigger print to be certain).

I was making sure that the wine shops in some Sobey's were not using that same name!

I thought that the Vintages card was just a design and could be used on anything in the LCBO? I buy vintages for gifts, but not often enough to warrant buying a gift card.

Not much at Sobeys for me this week. I got the eggs and there was a tearpad for Wonderful Pistachios on a display, so I grabbed a bag of those.

Yes. Text from the terms and conditions on the gift cards:

LCBO gift cards and VINTAGES gift cards (both of which are referred to as "Gift Cards") may be presented as payment towards the purchase of LCBO and VINTAGES merchandise at LCBO retail stores.
