You don't have to brown the meatballs before? Whhhaaaaaaaattt. LoL. I loveeeeee making meatballs but they're such a pain in the a$$. I only ever make porcupine meatballs which you brown before hand and then simmer for an hour or so. Your recipe sounds delicious though Nicki! Might have have to test her out :-)

I have finally finished my packages....all ready to close up the boxes so they can begin their journey tomorrow and we have zero packing tape! Grrrr! Oh well a least I got everything wrapped and played Tetris several times to get everything into the boxes!
I'm taking them to work with me and will seal them at lunch time and mail them after my chiro appt tomorrow eve! Here are a couple teaser pics ;)
I apologize in advance for my poor wrapping skills....it looks like my nephew (or maybe one of the fur kids) helped with the wrapping! It's what's on the inside that counts right?!?!
