holy cow, between doors being left open all night..and not so upfront parents.. not a good day for some of you..
Today.. well is our anniversary. Im hoping very shortly to go in an wake him and see if he's up for going out for breakfast. (going to surprise him with a gift too new headphones).
also getting hair chopped today. not sure which im more nervous about, the hair, breakfast, or the weekend.
strange but its also garbage day and between getting rid of alot of trash, and donations, then cleaning the living room and kitchen, my house should be a sparkly and clean today. then i can focus on other things.
oh the only down side. the little up and down thing on my mousepad on my laptop stopped working.. odd.Be Strong
Be True
Be You.
Simple as that!

Gooooood morning ladies.....
Woke up this morning with a body sore as ever. Need to get used to biking again after winter. Plus ds weighs more this year so pulling him in the trailor is tougher. Gahh, my goal is to try and do at least half an hour to an hour a day to start...

Wow Kim, I would be freaking out too!
I think you should speak to the kidlets mom too Julesie and see what is really up. Too much weirdness.
T-I-R-E-D this morning, worked til 11 last night in bed @ 12:30. up at 3 thinking for an hour then up at 6:30. I am an 8 hours of sleep kinda gal and this just sucks. Went and got a few groceries, the mail and some stuff at the $ store. Have to have our raffle basket all done up today for friday since I won't be here. I asked one of the other mothers to do some calling for parents to work the table, I have 3 slots to fill and she messaged me this morning that she 'forgot' to make the calls. Why is it always just ONE parent (me) that ends up doing everything. At this point I don't care - I have Saturday filled and 1/2 of friday so if that is all we get that's it. I also hate parents who just say 'no' when you call and ask for their help. What if I just said NO. Ugh... rant over. Getting ready to take off in the morning for QC, I can hardly wait, even just to get out of town for a day or 2... or 3?
hope you all have a good morning.... hugs to those who need or just want one.

Dove stuff ~ Cucumber scent GO FRESH deodorant and/or body wash
Not that I can think of
1 ~ No thank you
2 ~ Reese PB Puffs mixed with Lucky Charms (HAHA!)
3 ~ No thank you
4 ~ Nope...
Anything related to fishing, anything super girly
LOL! This comment/question leads me to draw one of three conclusions:
1 ~ You are rich and have spent thousands of dollars on me! (Some items on my WL, especially the 'indulgence' section are ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!)
2 ~ You are trying to throw me off
3 ~ You are not my buddy
I am going to go with Option #3...
HAHAHAHAHA! LOVE IT!

yikes! I would be mad too? ((Hugs))
oh don't worry, she won't be paying me less
i plan to tomorrow (their Grandma picks them up today). Their whole family situation is weird!
It's kind of a frustrating situation. They moved from Uruguay 2.5 years ago to Canada. Their mum is Canadian, I actually knew her as a kid (I didn't really like her then either) as my mum & her mum are friends. Her mum lives in the neighbourhood & heard about the apartments being good from my mum, so that how they live across the street from us. Their father is Uruguayan, when he moved here he didn't speak much English & went to a English school for about a year. He did construction in Uruguay. He was going to do roofing here & asked me if I would be interested in watching the kids. I said yes. One day he got talking with hubby & hubby thought he could get him a job with his company, which is granite installation so not seasonal. He got the job & hubby got promoted from helper to lead & the kids Dad became his helper. As so as he had a job his wife moved out. She works nights teaching English online to Arabs, but doesn't start until 11pm (so this whole dropping them off at mine at 7:30pm is just because she wants to do her own thing & I quote "ruining her life" - umm... your the one that chose to have kids) There is a period of the day when neither parent is home/available to watch the kids in the morning. Because the guys work as a team, if one of them can't work, then the other has to take a day off too (no pay). So if dont watch the kids then their Dad can't go to work & therefore hubby can go to work. So when the kids are sick etc I stuck with them etc (see previous rants). So besides the loss of income for 3 months I a kind of looking forward to having a 3 month break. Downside my DD is going to take it hard because her & the little play together everyday & she always wants to go to their house!
The kids are for the most part good but spoiled materially to compensate lack of affection. Which is ya...... The girl is more spoiled than the boy & he is starting to notice
if the girl is misbehaving her mum response is I will buy you a present
Presents from consist of regular kids toys to perfume samples, tattoos that say "sexy", make up etc, - she turn 4 in January.....
Ok end of rant. I feel better to have gotten that off my chest!RRLF $1 Life Choice, Pampers & Huggies Diapers, Pampers GTG codes

Morning beauties!! Scrounging around here looking for a small box for the little items for my buddy's package...I am finally pleased with everything I got her now just packing it up
.
Julesie-Pie, I would also confront her.
Something about raising teens - my son informed me a couple days ago that he has paid for prom. Cool! So his sis and I start asking the girly q's. Do you have a date? Who did you ask? If she says no is there another girl you are gonna ask? Are you and your friends looking to rent a limo? What colour is her dress?
He just stared at us like we were speaking Greek. Melissa said typical boy...he thinks he can just show up in tattered threads - LOL!!! He said all he needs is a suit! Mel and I said NOOOO, you need to coordinate with your date's dress colour and you have to get a corsage for her. Still not sure if he even has a date yet...that question just brings a suspicious smile to his face. Thank goodness we are here to ensure he has a memorable prom. Boys...gotta love 'em!
