I'm trying to plan my birthday party and seems like I can't please everyone. plus there is a love triangle...or square...within my friends and so some people are like, "if so and so is coming, I'm not"....UGH>...are we in high school again?!!?!?

A little disappointed I couldn't find the one item I know my buddy wanted.. but I'm too picky and didn't see anything that "spoke" to me... Hope my buddy will enjoy the box anyhow, you'll know it when you see it.. it's decked out in my zebra print packing tape!

well after going on a few errands this morning hubby as my personal chauffeur, i finally managed to finish my shopping. SO I may have to get a small nap in first. as my son ever so generously shared his cold with, i'll wrao everything up and have it ready to go.
I really hope my buddy likes everything. after pushing myself for weeks to do everything for the party, it'll be nice to have something for me to enjoy. for now. enjoying the sun.

We got these AWESOME dishes for camping!
I had to take them out of the packaging b/c the pic just wouldn't do them justice ~
It is a set of SIX which is hard to find and PERFECT!

We LOVE how funky they are! And also, the MATCHING CUTLERY!

How cool! I also think it is super cool that the NAPKINS match them!!!

Off to IKEA I go!!! I love the plates. Hope I can find them here

I have NO box

I am off to the post office and really hoping they have a box that will work. I bought 1 item and because of its shape- NONE of the boxes I have will work... Hmmm... But it is an item that MUST go. So off box hunting I go

I will be mailing today and expect my buddy will have their box by Thursday or Friday. Unless Canada Post sends it by camel again andd then all bets are off

Holy moly!!!! I have taken the plunge and I Am Going To Quit Smoking!!!!!
I have made a plan and schedule, I am using the vapor cigarettes as well as the Nicolette inhaler for that kick of nicotine, only when I need it. Oh and a huge bag of veggies to keep my hands busy. This is my 6th attempt and I will not fail this time, I will not fail.

Have any of you quit? Do you have any advice that might help me? What was the hardest part for you?

Hello ladies! Just got in a while ago...my first day back to work half day. Thank goodness I didn't schedule physio today after work...I'm exhausted! Anxious to see all the packages "out for delivery". Going to pick up Matthew from school now but I'd really rather take a snooze.

Hubby just called to see how I was and he said if I'm not up for cooking today...we can make it a sandwich night - BONUS!! But think I will try and make something for dinner. He's sooo busy at work and gets home around 8:30pm - 9:00pm so he has a long day and I feel bad!
